A Central Texas native, Loni Jones has been helping buyers and sellers across the region since earning her real estate license in 2008. She specializes in land and residential property, and her deep local roots give clients an edge in a market she knows inside and out.
Loni’s understanding of how land is planned, served and developed goes well beyond the transaction. She serves on her city’s Planning and Zoning Commission and on the Board of Directors of a local water company, which gives her rare insight into zoning, utilities and development. She holds several professional designations and is also an FAA-licensed commercial drone pilot, so she can capture aerial views that show a property’s true scope.
Away from work, Loni treasures time with her family and gets out off-roading whenever she can.
